Microsoft Word Letters TemplatesHello All, when I am printing a document using the 'justified' alignment option for some reason text is overlapping when I print. I have tried everything and cannot seem to figure out what is wrong. It overlaps on both of our printers but in different areas. Again, the text looks fine onscreen but when I print is when I have letters on top of letters. It should be known that it is not the entire document, but various spots. Does anyone know of a fix for this? Thanks for your help. So far I have downloaded all the most recent updates and I have tried switching between fonts and I have unchecked 'background printing' in the word options. I am at a loss. This problem is very frustrating and my boss refuses to use anything other than the 'justified' alignment option. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks again. Ms Word Letters Overlapping

have Word misreading temporary files related to the printer currently in use. You can usually 'unscramble' the display from File=>Print and switch to the printer properties or to another printer then your normal one, or close Word and delete all files found on Start=>Search and looking for ~$*.*;*.tmp as the name string then restarting Word.'
